Frequently asked questions.

1. When will my order ship? 

Our shipping can be between 5-7 days maximum depending on how busy our order list is but we always strive to have them as soon as 3 days or less! If you are needing your item for a birthday or special event, place ensure you order with time!

2. How do I know my right size? 

Our tees and sweaters are true to size. You can size up if you'd like an oversized look by sizing up one or two sizes up. If you prefer a fitted look, go with your normal size. I am 5'4 and I fit into a M but I prefer an oversized look so I always aim for a size XL. 

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately all orders are final sale. Due to our items being made by the owner and having a limited inventory, we do not do returns. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we are now offering international shipping! At checkout you will be able to select the country to which you are purchasing from. Shipping rates and expected shipping times may vary however you can get that information at checkout. For international orders, please allow up to 2 months for your package to arrive however they can arrive in less than a month. Please bear in mind, you may need to pay import taxes that may be imposed prior to or at delivery of package. If you have questions regarding this, email us at heavenlyboutiquee@gmail.com.

5. Do you have an ambassador program or do PR packages?

We do not currently have an ambassador program although that would be awesome to do someday. We do however, have a PR package list for collaborations though and we accept but we always appreciate the reach out through social media. We'll see if it is a right fit for our shop and we'll reach back to let you know. You can email us at heavenlyboutiquee@gmail.com or send us a DM on either Instagram @heavenlyboutiqueco or TikTok @heavenlyboutiqueshop regarding your interest in a collaboration. We also love seeing any tags to our shop on social media and will share!

6. What do I do if my item came damaged? 

Please reach out to heavenlyboutiquee@gmail.com regarding it and attach photos of your damaged item. We will look into it and evaluate what we will do! 

7. When do I get a tracking number for my order? 

As soon as we fulfill your order, you will receive an email stating there status of your package. Make sure to always add an email to make sure you get your confirmation email with all details. If you can't find it, message us through social media or email and we will send it to you!

8. How do I wash my apparel? 

We always attach instructions in packaging but fear not, if you loose it, we always have instructions for you.

Turn inside out, machine was cold, dry low or hang out try, no strong detergents. Hope this helps to make sure your apparel lasts long!
